The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.Ramakrishnan College of Engineering has been offering a full-time 4-year B.E. degree course since the college’s establishment in 2008. Additionally, we take pride in providing a two-year full-time M.E. Degree program in Power System Engineering since 2013.

Infrastructure
Generally, the Department of EEE has established research laboratories equipped with the latest equipment, including a power quality analyzer. Above all, it boasts a dedicated and well-qualified faculty team, with five members holding doctorates and four serving as research supervisors. Furthermore, the remaining faculty members are actively pursuing their Ph.D. degrees. Additionally, the department is supported by a technical team. Furthermore, consultancy services related to energy conservation in residential homes and industries, power quality issues in industries, electrical safety in homes and industries, and the design of PV panels are also offered.
The department also has an in-house library facility which houses a good number of printed resources.
