Faculty Achievements at the Department of ECE

  • Dr. M. Maheswari and Dr. K. Priyadarshini received the “Women of Excellence” award from DDHR, Dindigul.
  • Dr. K. Priyadarshini, Professor of ECE department received the amount of Rs.67,500 from National Human Rights Commission. And, she conducted one day training program entitled “Human Rights” on 24.2.2023.
  • Furthermore, Dr.K.Priyadarshini, Professor of ECE department received the amount of Rs.200000 from “ICSSR”`for conducting 2 days seminar on “National Education Policy”.
  • Additionally, Dr.K .Priyadarshini, Professor of ECE department received “THALAIVI 2023” award from DDHRF on 17.03.2023
  • Moreover, Dr.M.Vinoth Assistant Professor of ECE received Rs.15,000 as consultancy fund for “Antenna Design For Public Safety Spectrum” on 06-03-2023 from Power Integrated Solutions, Trichy
  • Above all, Dr.M.Maheswari Professor and Head Of ECE Department has received Rs.3,50,000 as grant from ATAL AICTE to conduct FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM on the topic “VLSI Chip Design From Microscale To Nanoscale Devices And Beyond” from 16/10/2023 to 21/10/2021.
  • Dr. C. Jeyalakshmi, Professor and Mr.A.Balakumar, Assistant Professor of  ECE department have received Rs.65000 from the Institute Engineers For The Project Proposal submission titled “ Design Of IOT Based Smart Carelink-Hospital Health Care Management And Monitoring System”
  • In addition, we have specialized embedded training given by our alumni Mr. A .Vinoth Kumar (2011- 2015 BATCH), Senior Software Engineer, Mercedes Benz, Rand D Centre. So far 8 students have placed in Propeller Technologies and 5 students in MCOETA through this training.
  • The following Future Skills Job Roles are identified for the Skilling Program to be conducted in the College Training Centre (Training Centre ID: TC229579) by ECE Department faculties by Dr.Viswanathan Balasubramanian (Trainer ID: TR402557) and Mr.A.Balakumar (Trainer ID: TR443506)
    • VLSI DESIGN ENGINEER – ELE/Q1201 (780 HOURS) – 15 STUDENTS
    • IOT HARDWARE ANALYST – ELE/Q1405 (450 HOURS) – 15 STUDENTS
