Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning)
About Department
B.Tech (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) is a four year full time undergraduate programme started in the academic year 2021-22 with the skills to create real time applications of computer vision, generative-adversarial networks (GANs), distributed parallel computing with GPUs, and deployment of deep learning models on the cloud.
Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is a branch of computer science that emphasizes the creation of intelligent machines that behave like humans. The method of creating smart machines, also known as intelligent machines, is designed to assist in decision-making process, which is analyzed in detail using data available within an enterprise. It works in the same manner as humans do when synthesizing data and making reasonable decisions. However, in this situation, the decision is made after reviewing a large amount of data. Machine Learning is a part of artificial intelligence that allows computers to learn and develop on their own without being to be directly programmed. Machine Learning degrees educate the students on how to build self-learning computer systems by combining algorithms and statistical models. Since AI is completely changing the face of society, it is exciting to be a part of this revolutionary transition. Many people consider AI to be the skill of the century since its uses are endless.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is one of the emerging areas identified by AICTE and MHRD which can meet the upcoming requirements of the Industrial Revolution. With every company looking to introduce Artificial Intelligence in their domain, studying AI and Machine Learning opens up a world of opportunities to create cutting-edge technologies in diverse sectors, such as computer protection, image recognition, pharmacy, or face recognition. Propel your career towards a better job and salary with the most sought after expertise in the current landscape: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
